The main line in-house facilities include fully automated micro-BGA & Surface Mount Printed Circuit Board Assembly (5 lines), lead-free / ROHS & WEEE compliance, automatic through-hole component insertion, line-dedicated wave solder and peripheral services including conformal coating, potting and coil winding, etc.
